   Selling your home is not the responsibility of your real estate agent. Causing your home to sell is! Want to know the difference?

   Just 10 years ago, property owners would have expected to see their agent actively showing their home to interested prospects on a regular basis. They reason that the sales agents responsibility was, after all, to sell. Not so today!

   Today, inform sellers understand that their agent’s role is one of marketing the home to the widest possible statement of the market. The agent’s responsibility is to call is the home to sell, rather than actually making the sale.

   Choose an agent who markets actively in the real estate community. The results can be more showings and a higher sales price.
