Meet the Artist!
Sharon O'Bien Huey

Millville Town Peddler is pleased to announce that it will host artist Sharon O'Bien Huey, "Everyday Magic Artwork", for a month-long exhibit and artist reception. The show depicts everyday landscapes and scenes whose other wordly character has been revealed by Huey's imagination. A self-taught creator, Sharon O'Bien Huey defines Artography as an innovative technique in which real-life images are physically altered to reflect their creator's inner vision. Artographers begin with an original photograph, then apply new elements using a combination of traditional and digital art mediums. The texture and atmosphere added by the artist bring these new scenes to life.

The reception to the month-long show is free! Huey's Artwork will be available for purchase as well.

Event Description: O Sole Trio is a vibrant musical ensemble featuring the lush voices of soprano Erin Shields and baritone Giuseppe Spoletini along with the amazingly versatile David Shenton on violin and piano. The night will offer a blend of some of the most popular Italian opera, Neapolitan and classic jazz standards with a concentration on the Italian language, as well as some familiar favorites. Event Description: GO Roadshow is “a musical street spectacle on wheels”. This show-making machine is a 34-foot long monster truck retrofitted with truck-horn calliope, a wall made of rotors and a spinning grand piano that is played while it wheels around! GO is a music and art-mobile! This performance of Squonk Opera is partially supported by a grant from Pennsylvania Performing Arts on Tour, a program developed and funded by The Heinz Endowments; the William Penn Foundation; the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, a state agency; and The Pew Charitable Trusts; and administered by Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation. Free for all. Please bring your own chairs.
