The Bethany – Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce is once again holding the Ocean to Bay Bike Tour. This will be the 23rd annual ride. Thousands of cyclists of all ages and skill levels will be participating. Last year’s event was awarded the 2011 Southern Delaware Tourism recognition Award.
